MY Ohs BMI is something stupid like 19. We went on one of those machines that measures your body fat and I had 14 percent fat in my legs and he had 0.2 or something! He is a skinny thing though.
Payday today wooo, didn't have as much as i thought taken off for first student loan payment so not too bad. Need to buy an airbed at lunch as my mate is staying over tomorrow night and have been meaning to buy one for ages.0 -
ARGH! Got to the final page of an ISA transfer form and it wants my national insurance number - I don't know that! No option to save the form either!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

When I had my body fat measured last year it was 29%! I'm nearly 1/3rd fat! I was devastated, especially after seeing OH's 10.2%!
Speaking of OH, got a text from him this morning saying that he'd managed about 6 minutes sleep in hospital because he couldn't find his earplugs- they're on our living room floor where he dropped them! I didn't want to say that I had the best nights sleep EVER because I was on my own and not clinging to the edge of the bed as usual! He's getting released at about lunchtime but he's all bandaged up so can't see the damage which must be killing him- he loves seeing scars and bruises (typical rugby boy!).Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
Birdie I'm sure women are supposed to be about 30% fat, it's all for cushioning the babies! My poor OH always comes out as obese even though he's 12.5 stone and 6'5" - the machines can't compute that kind of height.
Dinah, is there no-one you can ring to find out your NI number - won't HR or payroll at work know it??Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Doubt it, they're kind of useless. And even then they probably would make me bring in 8 forms of ID and a bribe before giving it to me. Have text mum, she tends to know these things. Failing that will just have to do it again this evening. My current ISA is on about 1.8%, might as well transfer it to NatWest who are giving 3.25% is my thought.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

3.25% is really good 'in this current climate' - reminds me I might pop into Lloyds at dinner and see if the BS have coughed up my money yet.
Sadly, I know my NI number off by heart as I've filled in that many job applications!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
I had a payslip in my handbag until last night as well, took it out to file it - Grrrrr!
This morning is going so incredably slowly!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I know what you mean by slowly Dinah.
I keep looking at the clock and hoping that it was 3 or 4 hours later.
Roll on 3pm. Have been here since 7am.
Did you speak to Student Loans about your account. If you don't have your account number then they should be able to find you with your NI Number (I know not a good time to mention it but thought I would).
My wife and I have been looking at the government scheme for scrapping our old car. Just wish they would sort the details out so the dealers can order it ready for the start date of the scheme. ARGGGG0 -
I guess NIM's not at home to find it out for you then? Argh, it's so annoying when stuff like that happens!
I think the day's going quite fast, I've got quite a bit to do but am have a productive Dooyoo period so am reviewing my yoghurt for the minute! All my reviews seem to be about food lately for some reason!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Sadly I didn't get the microwave, my basket was full and I can't balance things on my head! Only spent £5 in all on my little weekly shop so I'm pretty pleased with that! Resisted a pretty dress in New Look (mainly because the line for the tills was snaking and I didn't want Darcy to get bike-napped) and peddled home like the clappers.
Thats a really good rate on the ISA Dinah! I think mine is about 2.5%
The weather is really lovely today, it's gone all sunny again!! Hoping it keeps up for the weekend, only just figured out it's a 3 day weekend!0
