The poll is biased.
There is no 'never return to growth' option.0 -
Second or third quarter 2010 - I think this is overly optimistic though. The amount of personal debt and the number of unemployed and it's impact on businesses suggests to me this is going to last a fair bit longer.0

It will be interesting to see how the view of people who enjoy debating the economy - varies against a more mainstream vote.
Are you implying that we are not 'mainstream' ??
Makes us sound like a bunch of lunatics arguing over stuff we don't fully understand, and cutting n pasting big graphs of stuff we understand even less to back ourselves up !!!'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
we may seem some growth towards mid 2010, but less face it thats a drop in the ocean and no one will see any benefits for a much longer period.0

Q4 or Q1 2010, as low exchange rate/interest rates and QE finally begin to bite.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0

I went for Q1 2010 but I wouldn't be surprised if the recovery was W shaped and we see further negative quarters of growth in 2010.0
