    Thats mega shameful.

Although I'm on a 2 year old laptop with a failing hard drive that only occasionally manages to find the OS, 1.4mhz Intel Celeron M, 1gb RAM

How do I run this program?
All I get is a window opening that says "not calculated" about 16 times.
How do I select 1 million?

Click "calculate" in the title bar and then select 1m

Click "calculate" in the title bar and then select 1m
When I "extract all" I get a folder with:
    pi_rec.dat2
    Super_pi.hlp
    Super_pi.txt
    Super_pi_mod.exe
    in it.
When I run the exe all I get is a window opening with
"-Not calculated" listed a load of times in it.

Oh, I see, that cack at the top contains the commands.
    Happy chappy

Yep, open the .exe, looks a little like notepad? Look along the title bar for the "calculate" tab

I think I ought to point out that I was using pifast 4.3 on an Athlon XP-M underclocked to 1.7 GHz.
Super pi is one application that seems to under perform on AMD processors.
    J_B.
I've only got 1GB of RAM too.
    Happy chappy
