They're really soft and easy! Don't worry. How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -

Thats good, I am very nervous! Will they go in and out easily? When the dentist put the metal plate in at the bottom (which he did before the top) and filled it with paste I retched very very slightly when he pulled it out - it was the kind of suctiony effect I think as he pulled that did it plus the taste! The top was absolutely no hassle.
Don't want to put anyone else off!! Its just me....have agonised over doing this for so long (via so much of this thread that everyone must be so fed up) - then I think if I can have 3 babies, I surely must be able to cope with teeth whitening!0 -
An impression tray full of impression material is huge in comparison to the thin little plastic tray that you will be asked to wear at night.
You'll barely notice it after the first couple of minutes. How to find a dentist.

Was going to create a thread but then noticed that there was already this teeth whitening thread so thought I'd mention it in here.

and this product is totally illegal to buy in this country. Indeed a trader has just been sent to jail for supplying similar. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-essex-20327374

It's probably not illegal now - they've changed the formula to 'all-natural botanical' ingredients:
Baking Soda
Pomegranate seed extract
Chamomile
Aloe Vera
Vitamin D
£99 for 20ml and two mouth trays! I'm off to the kitchen to start mixing up my own 'whitening gel' :rotfl:0 -
I read Dr........... gel 16% carbamine peroxide, very illegal to sell. £99 for paste to rub and abrade away stain but not whiten seems a total bargain and not at all a ripoff. But then it's just carrying on the great tradition of selling illegal, dangerous or if youre lucky just ineffective chemicals on the internet to whiten your teeth.0

??
The kit I purchased was £35 (well 34.99) not £99?
Not sure why you think it's spam brook2jack, I only posted a discount coupon code. Also it seems that the product in your link is totally different in terms of strength.0 -
The product you posted a link to was carbamine peroxide that gives hydrogen peroxide over 0.1%, in fact it has 60 to 80 times the amount of hydrogen peroxide it is legal to sell over the counter as a tooth whitener .It is illegal to sell this in the UK and EU and the law was strengthened on October 31st. http://www.rochdaleonline.co.uk/news-features/2/news-headlines/74779/illegal-tooth-whitening-treatments
I and others have reported as spam as you are promoting an illegal and potentially dangerous product.
Many companies are facing prosecution or have been prosecuted http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-464361/Tooth-whitening-kits-bad-health.html0
