    An interesting ARTICLE from over 'The Pond' The bit at the end on the most effective teeth for whitening may be useful.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.

    I fear I may have previously put this in the wrong forum!!!

    I want to get my teeth whitened - the tray method - and am looking for the best deal, any ideas?

    crest whitestrips ,,get them on ebay as not sold here, saw them in france last year , i get them from usa brill
