BT putting incorrect markers on my telephone line

I have BT telephone, which isn't too bad, but this week I tried looking into broadband access (i only moved into my flat last week and am using the internet at work right now). Curiously, every search I did on my address to see which provider I could use mentioned that I had a marker on my line and that I already had BT…

I need help. I am fighting a losing battle with BT cutomer service. Bt is keeping me at ransom, I cant get BB from anyone as my exchange in TPON (High tech).
