    The key figures here are the line attenuation, 39db, and the noise margin 11.3db.
    Based on running a speed test based on the 39db, you should be able to get 9-10Mbps on ADSL2

    Your current service is connecting at 7.584Mbps.
    It might be worth plugging in to the test socket to see if the stats improve slightly, although you won't get more than another 500kbps which won't be noticable to you.

    Slightly improved noise margin 1db, speeds gone down a little could be the time of day.
    Have a look at the extension wiring on the faceplate and carefully remove any connections to pin 3, as this can contribute to noise on the line.

    You won't make much difference at the moment but when the exchange is upgraded you'll be ready for the faster service.
