Hi
My car broke down today and there was a really bad burning smell...it appears my car needs a new clutch....any idea of a ball park figure on how much it will cost?
I have a Ford Mondeo 2.0 115 TDi LX

harvey... I live in the south west and my car's in the garage now....it's in my village and was a convenient garage for the breakdown vehicle to put it
ps I prefer your cost list to the others
pps..I have to hire a car for a week as well cos the garage has a full book for that time...it can only get better0 -
The cost I quoted above is what I paid to have one done a few weeks back.
Tho it was my choise to throw a new clutch in while the gearbox was out.0
