seller help please, been left a negative??!

You can leave a reply to their negative comment stating your case. I've had to do this twice when receiving neg fb. Firstly when I got my money back from a seller of an 'original DVD' which was clearly home made. And secondly after getting my money back from a seller for an item that arrived badly damaged due to poor packaging. Even though I paid immediately the auction ended, we exchanged e-mails (with pics) about the damage, he agreed to refund and then he still left me negative! Some people huh?
