Morning honey - hope all ok with you and yours. Saw this and thought of you http://greatday.com/ XXNothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0

Aww that's fab El, I think that's how I'm seeing things at the moment.
Something really painful happened to me, and it has made me far too unhappy for far too long. I fell for someone I shouldn't have fallen for, and no matter how badly he treated me, and how many times I cried, I still couldn't let go.
But a few weeks ago, I started to move on - I had a little blip a few days ago, just a weak moment, and I almost let that person back into my life. Thank god I saw sense before it went too far - I have now removed that person from my life fully and permanently, and I am feeling happier than I have for a long time.
It served it's purpose and I wont ever regret it - it made me confront the fact that my marriage was failing and I wasn't happy. And it was fun!
It taught me such a lot about myself. I think I am more 'me' than i have ever been, and actually, whatever people might think of me, I'm not that bad. I'm a slightly naughty, very caring, far too shy, over-emotional, utter train wreck of a human being, who loves her kids, her friends and her family, and would do anything to help any of them. So nuts to you if you don't like me, I wont change just because you tell me I should.
I'm not sure wine is a good idea on the Cambridge Diet :rotfl: but it's okay, I have had jaffa cakes to soak it up.....

Hahaha, you should have said it - her confused expression would have been funny!
I've spent waaaay too much money today - I'm kind of mentally justifying it as an investment in my health, because I did buy some badly needed running gear (trainers that are designed with my dodgy feet/ankles in mind, running pants), although I'm not quite sure how the rather sexy black high heeled shoes I purchased fit into the health category!
Mental health maybe, cos they made me smile!

I totally agree - I think our flaws and imperfections are what make us interesting and sexy! :T"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
