Cannot get a refund for online shoe order

    Thank you for the advice.

    I only have 1 day left to escalate the claim in Paypal. And you can't reopen a closed dispute. But as I now have the returned parcel it seems like it may be the wrong time.

    I am now going to have to send it back again (god help me!).
    Achievements:
    9 Aug 2021: Achieved a perfect credit score on Experian (999/999 points - Excellent)
    Debt free date: 23 July 2021.
    Next goals: Save deposit as a first time buyer.
    Find ways to increase income
    Further reduce budget/ sell old stuff

    Goals for October 2018: Eliminate unneccessary spending

    hi again
    my parcel came back returned with a note on it saying "Sender Gone Away"

    2 emails later i have not received a response from the shoe company to verify their address :confused: i have not sent it back yet because RM couldnt verify that address and send it Special Delivery. I did not want to risk paying to send it again if i cannot insure for loss of item in the post again.

    at this stage my paypal claim has closed. what is my best option for action now?
