Cannot get a refund for online shoe order

Hello all
I ordered some dance shoes from https://www.danceshoes2u.com
They were unsuitable so I emailed the customer services to enquire about how to go about getting a refund. I was sent an auto-email with instructions of where to send the shoes to for a refund.
3 weeks later I have not heard any thing. This company has NO customer service - no telephone number, just an online form and a "live chat" which is always closed.
I have left 3 messages and am starting to panic because I really need my money back asap and there is no service.
How do I get my refund? The returns address was somewhere in Brighton so I know it is UK based.

noticed it uses paypal as a payment method, just open a dispute
log on to your paypal account , click on the disputed payment where it says "Details" and then at the bottom of that page is a bit of spiel with the words "Resolution Centre" underlined. Click there and it takes you to the dispute section
If you wish to open a Dispute through PayPal’s Online Resolution Centre you must do so within 45 days of making your paymentEx forum ambassador

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (which cover the purchase of most goods bought online from a business), the company has 30 days to provide the refund, starting from the day after the goods were sent back to them.
Do you have proof of posting for the item?
If there's no joy with contacting them by other means, you have the proof of posting, and it has been 30 days, then I would send a letter recorded delivery (along with proof of dispatch) to them enquiring where you refund is. State that the goods were returned under provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and remind them they had 30 days to provide the refund.
(or see what Paypal say, if you used that to pay).
If that provides no response, it's time to take it a step further.0 -
Hi there
YES I have my receipt of Recorded Delivery..
I can't believe companies like this can operate - I have a feeling it will take a LONG time but I have registered my dispute and hope it will result in a response.Achievements:

What can't you believe
Consumers and this website are quick enough to champion the DSR and SOGA etc. Under the DSR they have 30 days to refund you.
You're happy enough to use the DSR's to return it so maybe you should shut up and await them meeting the DSR's. Its not their fault you spent money you didnt have.0 -
under DSR they are also meant to supply proper contact details , which they have not
they are also meant to supply valid details on the domain registration but have replaced it with XXXX's
what are they hiding all their real contact details for ??Ex forum ambassador

Because they cant be bothered dealing with people like the OP who harass them for their money back because they spent what they couldnt afford, when they have 30 days to refund?0
