Sounds like it hun!
I have some of the sticks but need to keep them as I keep going into ketosis and if I am, I need to know so I drink enough!!!

How's everyone's running going? I'm finally going out to get my new trainers on Thursday when I get paid and getting out there again as soon as this bit of a cold goes away - can't wait! less than a fiver... and just asked for Ketostix.... if they ask why, just say you were instructed to get them by your GP due to diet... but they won't ask...I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0
