Bun - just let me know when suits. My folks are moving to Basingstoke in May so I'm not likely to get another chance for a while:cool:
Cat - I was advised not to mix formula and BF although they were happy for me to express occasionally to give a bottle feed. Nathan didn't eat for the first 2 days after he was born and I expressed colostrum for the nurse to give him using a feeding syringe then suddenly he started doing more than just latch on and has averaged about a lb a week weight gain. It will come right, honest :grouphug:
Sammy - Biggest Loser finished on Sky and I'm desparate for my next fix - hint!:p26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

I'm finally going out to get my new trainers on Thursday when I get paid and getting out there again as soon as this bit of a cold goes away - can't wait! Thinking about doing the Edinburgh Race for Life 10k in June but might have to see how it goes for a couple of weeks first.
Running going okay for me... did the 10k last week (which you knew about) and doing Balmoral 5k on saturday... which will be nice!!
Erin has been doing a mile run in training for her 1.5km, and the more i think of it, the more i think, it's not actually easy just to run a mile... so i'm proud of her!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Just made a fabby drink - whizzed about 110g frozen summer fruit with 2dsp icing sugar, juice of one life and about 750ml of soda water -really refreshing and healthier than a bottle of Coke I'd wager...:A (would be even better with a shot of white rum or vodka but I'm going to gym this evening...)
