I used to do lots of cake decorating. Made all the girl's christening and birthday cakes. Used royal icing though. Things like snakes and ladder boards and flower baskets. :rotfl:
I was going to make DD1's wedding cake but we decided it would be too complicated to transport it to Northampton with a car lod of parents and then build it on the morning.

Sort of from scratch...I buy the pastry sheets for the won tons and make those (pork meat + spring greens basically rolled up inside the sheets then steamed) then make the broth (and some veggies) and serve the won tons in it :D:D

I also make chicken and corn soup from scratch too - in fact I make lots of soups - my fav is squash and chilli :D
