I just answer the door, direct them to the back of the house as i keep most of my stuff in the shed and meet them round there. They don't get invited in and as soon as the exchange has taken place its "thanks, bye" and back in the house i go.0 -

i have had 3 or 4 pick ups from home ( all heavy items) always make sure someone else is with me and they have never stayed too long but have also refused a home pickup before as postage cost was minimal so its whatever you are comfortable with really0
