Back home again - although how I stayed awake on the drive home, I'm not entirely sure, despite much coffee consumption :o The sun shone all day, so my face is rosy - but it wasn't too hot, or too cold, and certainly no rain appeared, so that's fine by me!

Did a dooyoo review before I left this morning and will try and get another one done this evening if I am awake enough. Scratchcards gave me 50p this morning, so I'm happy with that.

Happy 1000 posts shaun, although it is now 1009, so happy 1009 posts :T

Surfbabe - open water sounds just a little bit wet and cold for me too. Brrrr!!

Hope you have all had a good day x

  • Congratulations on the 1000th post Shaun - and I'm glad you kept it in character!

Glad the Hypno's are home safe and sound. The travelling must ALWAYS be horrendous, No? So, why DO you live in the flatest part of the UK/world as skiers? You don't have to answer my curiosity - I used to live in Norfolk and love it, but I'm not a skier!

I've just been reminded of that advert for some insurance with the Norfolk Mountain Rescue Team trying to help a man on top of a molehill :D

I'll leave now before I take the 'barking' crown from Shaun (just call me "Dagenham"... one stop short of Barking )

hi hiphouse!! We have one of the best ski slopes in the country, I'll have you know :rotfl: People come to us from MILES around!!! But of course, I do prefer the Alps........... Thankfully, next week's races are at the home slope - yes the travelling is ALWAYS horrendous - tiring, boring, tiring, oh, and quite exhausting!

Done another dooyoo review - will think of more to write for tomorrow.
