Morning - has just taken me 20 mins to read uptodate !!!

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I've got a stinking cold so no swimming this morning but I have lost 8lbs so that is good.

Have to book DD accomadation today for Uni - so thats another £200 !!!

have to get back in no spending mode as I'm trying to get the loan down by overpaying but it doesn;t always work.

Nargleblast - our chickens started laying about 4 weeks after we got them and now they are both laying an egg a day.

Anyway - off to write a list and then get ready for work.

    Have a good day everyone

i know, and i know i shouldnt as i was spending 85p per day on crisps and chocolate the last few weeks which soon adds up to a tidy debt busting sum spent on, well, rubbish!!... but back to healthy today. neither my wallet nor waist can afford kitkat and crisps anymore!!! so i have started to leave my purse in my car which is a sufficiently long enough stroll away from the control room that i'm then not tempted. Good luck with it today!!! (And when we going to get together for a phone natter woman hmm hmmm HMMM!!! :D)

Just catching up as have hardly been on a computer all weekend - well done on the race for life hypno :T. We had relatives staying (which we thankfully knew about in advance) so a bit of manic tidying and cleaning went on beforehand I can tell you!

Good work on the lunches thing too, we're certainly getting a lot less cash out now, not that we got a lot out before, but OH would get through £10 a week easily on lunch and if I bought stuff on a couple of days we'd probably get through £15 a week and as we all know if you have money in your purse you're much more likely to spend it on bits and bobs.

Thanks for the guide on scratchcards hypno - I've copied and pasted it as I've got a week off work soon at home and want to get back into all the little money making things and get started with things like scratchcards and dooyoo that I never quite got started with before. If I do it when I have time I might continue when I'm back at work - well that's the plan .
