We are staying in the travel inn in Braintree - half way between today's concert and tomorrow's ski race, but I will certainly be looking for the "cheaper" food options! I have packed some stuff up, but with the heat etc, I can quite anticipate things being either inedible or unappetising by the time we need them......so spending on some food will be a necessity. Macdonalds will do nicely......

I have a flask ready to make coffee before we set off....and will take my jar of coffee with me ready to refill the flask tomorrow from the travel inn.

    Have a great time Hypno & the Hypno-ettes :D

There's loads of chain food places near the travel inn in Braintree, MacDonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC & loads of other places at Freeport, which is just up the road from where you're staying, there'a also a Mr T's

Surfbabe - my illusions have been shattered by you living fairly near to Wembley - for some reason I had it in mind that you were in Cornwall by some secluded cove with lots of surfing - I was quite jealous (not of the surfing - just of you being in Cornwall!!)

    Enjoy Take That.

I have been into Manchester and bought some material ot make some lightweight trousers for work in this hot weather - if I ever get round to making and wearing them they'll be less than £3 a pair - if they material sits in the cupboard (as has been known on more than one occasion - ahem!!) a loss of £6- 1 pair cut out and ready for the sewing machine - watch the weather change now and I'll need heavy weight ones!!

    Enjoy Take That
