The chocolate bar vending machine is calling my name
So I came on here, and Hypno's firm resolve, has hardened mine, and I will Just Say No. 
My NSD's are going down the pan. Today I have to get a new number plate for DD's car, as I will be borrowing her car tomorrow and don't want to commit a traffic offence with half a number plate. :mad: to vandals who targeted the girls cars in that street, though at least DD's car wasn't keyed like her housemates was.0 -
Surely, to comply with a legal requirement, that doesn't constitute spoiling a NSD as there is no way round it?
The same goes with Car Tax/insurance etc - you are obligated to pay, just as you are obligated to pay Council tax etc, so it doesn't come under the heading of "spends".
