taka - I have been very rude and not thanked you for the seeds you sent me! I am sorry! - I have planted some, and hope to report success in due course!
Oh don't worry! I was just starting to wonder if I'd actually sent them or not... :rotfl: I can be very forgetful...I hope they grow you lots of lovely food!
Dont remind me that magic word parents / brick wall, could u not try on there behalf xx
Sorry no - you need the home owners permission (I've offered to do it all but it still needs their permission). Their house needs a big declutter so they are too embarrased to have anyone round to see anything other than their front room. The possibility of having somone round to revalue the house is putting them off. I don't think anyone would need to go round - a picture of a row of identical/mirror image terraced houses would prove the point very well. They should all be the same band...Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

I suppose it depends on what "evidence" you present them with as to how much they need to investigate - I am putting my case forward with lots of lovely info from the VOA site, so will let you know of any progress or otherwise!
I have def decided not to have a full time student again......but of course, as I have shown with the short term ones....should they ring and say they are desperate......:o:confused:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. .....so I wrote a brief list of the things that we are doing/have done this year on top of the debt busting - all of which have been done out of "extra" money we have earned by living the MSE life.....
So, suddenly I didn't feel so bad about not having an ice-cream yesterday
