    hi all
    no.... no appeal
this isent being applied to me on a personal level ..
this is for everyone on welfare,,
we the people of the country all have to cut back in these hard times
it just 8% of 240 is harder to recover from than 8% of 160,000 plus expenses a yr!!!

not forgetting 185 a month extra child benefit they took as well:mad:
    so 100 amonth
20.00 saved cutting back tel bill to basic deal
    30.00 saved cancelled sky
o/s 42 10 a week off food looks like 3 no eating days for me then...
( by no eating i mean......no diner ,, not no food!!!)

so this is it as low as it can go,,,,and i know this budget is not possible as dont include
    cloths,birthday,xmas,

    and holls definitely cancelled
    !!!!! !!!!! !!!!! *hit

How can they expect the people on welfare to cut back - they were hardly going to pay you more than you needed in the first place - so how come your needs have suddenly become less just because they have c**ked up the economy. I am so sorry Shaun.

Walshy, I get £50 about every 4-5 weeks.......

doodledo - yes, run down.....everything gets on top of me (housework/work etc) then I don't sleep properly and don't eat properly and it sort of goes round in circles!

I need to get right back in control of as much as I can......I feel that the finances are as much in control as they reasonably can be, apart from the grocery budgets which need a bit of work on.....so hopefully by doing weekly online shopping, I can get myself on top of that one.

The housework has been in control of me for the last couple of years......it might seem odd to you lot who have only known me since I started waffling here......but my house hasn't always been the pit that I go on about daily! So, I need to get back in control of that, and hopefully the last few days have started me out there.....

Ditto the garden - we have so little time at home, and even less with good weather, so it would be nice to be able to sit outside with coffee once in a while.....at the moment, we would have to wear protective clothing to help stop us being stung to death by nettles or choked to death by bindweed :o

Work....well, having survived my first year, and been given a bonus, I hope that I can build on that and survive my second.....I thoroughly enjoy my job, but it is mighty stressful, so if I can control the first three things in this blurb, then hopefully I can feel a little less worn out when I am at my desk, so I stand more chance of a bonus next year.....which would then pay for a cleaner/holiday/haircut.........

Mentally/physically/emotionally, it all gets tough at times, doesn't it!

Glad you are making progress on the domestic front. Can you get a tonic or a pick me up from the chemists to help you feel better and then it might help with the sleeping? Could you factor in a session with a therapist? Maybe do a swop for one of your treatments?

    lemon cake will do nicely!

taxi, there is a thread on the "up your income" board, but the best thing to do is to sign up and start reading what others have written, then you can see the difference between those that write poor reviews, and those that write fab ones, and you can see if it is something you want to get addicted to!
