Just last night i put my friend on a plane back to your direction. i hear the weather is rather of the wet type there right now. I hope you are still enjoying it over there!! have got a specialist appointment next friday re the knee so should know then. but for now i am going to swim n swim n swim to kkep me fit and toned (or should i say get me toned) until i can start running and do impact thingys on it again.
