I have been running (well walking really) in Greenwich Park most days this week (live by it) and they are all ready for you!! Its a huge production at the start, so many people working away, so much equipment. Will be there...waving to you...it always makes me feel so humble, so many people, like you, perpared to do so much to raise money for others.

Morning - well my new positively positive attitude must be paying off - i've lost 4lbs in a week. Am off swimming shortly before work - 4th time this week!!!

Sent posiitively positive vibes for Sunday - can;t get up there but will be watching.

Iron blew all the sockets last night - shame !

4lbs is excellent! I still haven't lost a single lb despite all the running - simply not fair!
