    Apart from Sundays, I haven't had a double scratch for weeks! And my bonuses for logging in on Fridays are often non-withdrawable as well! Still, any extra pennies are gratefully received, so I am not complaining, even though it takes me a little longer to get to cashin.....:D

    Muscle weighs more than fat so I bet you are toning up and becoming fitter with the training. It should also improve the speed calories are burnt even when doing nowt.
