That's the aim.....the difficult one is going to be the barclayloan because it needs saving up for and paying off in one go, rather than ad hoc overpayments, so not so much fun.

When it comes to the secured loan, that can't be overpaid ad hoc either, but my mortgage can, so if I find it soul destroying trying to save up to pay the whole thing off in one go, I will overpay the mortgage instead.....the idea being that the amount secured on the house will be coming down, just on the first mortgage rather than the second. The amount overall owing will be the same, as will the level of risk.

we will all be up early to check out your new sig!

I hope you change it in the morning, we complete on the new house tomorrow and we will be over there for the bank holiday so i will be without internet for 4 days. I cant spend until monday night wondering what your new total is and if you reach the next £50 payout on dooyoo.

We get to do a very slow house move as we have to keep this rented one on till the end of july.

We had a similar crossover when we bought ours. Useful in some ways, pain in the backside in others!

I can't remember the last time I had a "proper" colour.......well, actually I can - it was for my Dad's wedding in 2003 :eek: I had my nails done that day too.......and my eyebrows waxed.......

It must have been the last time I looked anything like "reasonable"
