I know, it is pretty quiet, I hope we get more as the week goes on, even a fiver is good.
I'm putting what I can in and have been a bit of a miser lately to do it.
It sounds mad but the need of a ladder might kybosh my plans. Dad came up from Brum with his but it's too short, I need a one about 9 or 10 metres long. We had some damp in the bedroom last winter so we're painting it with special paint on the outside to try and protect it more, where the opld paint has worn off.
I looked on EBay but they're getting on for £200! And we only need it for a couple of hours to do the gable end, it's so high though.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

Count me in I am going to do it online though if that is OK. I usually pay off the interest added onto my mortgage each month to keep it a nice round number. Just spoken to my bank today need to get a redemption statement to pay my final payment in December this year. That is 10 years early so really pleased.
Good luck with getting more people on board.Save £12k in 25 No 49

How about renting a ladder?

Thanks Jonbvn, it's a good idea, thank you.
It's not likely that we'd use it again as we probably, hopefully won't be living here in ten years when it needs doing again........I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.
