Hi flyers
Managed to get my list done. Ding dong lady just been so lots of bath/skin goodies so I'm off for a long soak, it might help to clear my head too. SS phoned just before he got the plane he's really up beat and even though I know he'll be home soon I still cried like a baby when I put the phone down:o
Got my dig in seeds today from the BBC and Cbeebies so will do some planting at the weekend if the weather is good enough.
CBA making dinner tonight so I'll treat the kids to a ronalds golden arches for tea tonight. We haven't had one for ages so i'm looking forward to it.
Just incase I'm not able to get back in over the weekendand I'll see you all on the new thread.

Question from my DS (Mr A aged 6) - are any more children coming to the London meetup?
On the flying front I have washed almost anything that didn't move and have just one small basket of ironing to go. Then to finish the half started cleaning of kitchen & bathrooms and I'm done for the week.
I do believe I am slowly getting this at long last!!
MoamAlthough no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

I feel so proud my house looks fab, just cooking a roast for tea.
Thank you pigpen and toots for guiding us through.
I have never felt so relaxed, I can now say yes when friends want to come over, I don't have to put them off for an hour while I whizz round tidying.
My only problem at the moment is living on a building site I have constant dust, I dust and half an hour later it's dusty again, but never mind I have a beautiful home now.:A
Right hugs to all that need, hope you all have a fab weekend, it's going to rain here, but I don't really care just going to relax, take care all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hugs FFP, it’s such a worry for you having SS away, but you just have to hope that he will be ok.
Well done MOAM on doing so well this week
Mrs Dawn, congratulations you don't have chaos (Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome)! I'm starting to lose it too!
Toots, are you ok? Not seen you all day. Hope you are alright.
I’ve not managed to do the bathroom (which I hate not doing at least once a week) or the bedroom and I’m sure it’s this week the bed’s due to be changed. It will have to wait til Monday now.
My plans for the evening are to wash up and cook the chicken and make the picnic for tomorrow. And put myself and Mr Rosepink through a cleaning cycle! And then watch HIGNIFY and Reggie Perrin!
I’ve had a long nap this afternoon, but still feel dog tired. Tummy is a bit upset too, but that might be cos I had the munchies all morning and basically ate from breakfast til lunch!"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Well my bed is up (it was up by 2.30 but my brother who came to help was on the computer  ) now all I need to do is:
- vacuum the rest of the room now I can move in there
- Make the bed up with my new bedding
- Put the stuff away under the bed - remembering not to overfill the bags as this bed has a frame slightly lower than the old one
- Collapse on the sofa and watch Bones while stitching the covers back onto my pillows (much cheaper to wash the outside cover than buy new ones
)
- Go for a bath and then climb into my new bed
:j:j:j
Off to put tea out :wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -

Hex love that bread bin note to self: visit TKMax, I'v never been, ever!
Dusty there you are! :hello:
Well for those interestedthere was no new mop, but there was a note apologising for forgetting to get one and she was 'on the case' didn't help today however but I felt happier knowing there was a new one on the way, think offloading about it to you guys helped cause I sailed through the job even tho it was an all 4s jobby :j
OH's finished the electrics in the utility room woooooooo! we dragged the spare FF in there 'just to try it' it'll never get painted now lmao I also shoved in the recycling box. Swept it all out again first too.
Hoovered right through downstairs, done littleys pick-ups/drop/offs just scoffed a sarnie and I'm now contemplating what else to do, littleys ironing? nah! shower at OH's and then a Kebab and a good film, more than likely.0
