Nice to have you alongside Hex
and am envying you your new breadbin because the one I have must be 20 years old...in pine so very eighties (note to self refer to old stuff as Retro then I look trendy LOL) it was exOHs and he had that with the GF he lived with before me  I was thinking it was about time I got a new one when I cleaned it yesterday.
(second note to self - remember to look in TK Maxx for one next time I go)

    Anyway
bedroom done - and I moved the bookcase and the bedding box and vacuumed under and behind them. Also have washed my Aynsley properly in the sink - Wild Tudor - which lives in the bedroom on the sill.

Not done a lot of flying today. Mostly dailies:
    - emptied DW
    - reloaded DW
    - BM on
    - S&S kitchen
    - swept kitchen floor
    - got washing ready to add DS smelly uniform to, to put on tonight
    - decluttered a pile of small bits of toys that has been in the kitchen for months LOL
    - fixed broken bit of fridge shelf

Decluttered a few more ozs today - walked 2.5 mile round trip to school and then to preschool. Wore my WW pedometer, so for anyone familiar with WW I earned 3 bonus points so I was quite pleased.
Later I went to the gym where I had a review type session thing booked. I was expecting it to be more of a personal training session, which it was, but she didn't do anything new or exciting really, however I did really enjoy it and now have a good programme to follow so hopefully that should help shift the weight too.
I have a spa evening booked tonight with some friends. They are all going early but I have to go later as DH cant get home as early as their OH's seem to (peril of working for yourself I guess, always too scared to stop! Time is money!)
Normally I would be all huffy but this time I'm glad because I've told them all to have dinner without me and I will eat at home - wont be tempted to eat too much incontrollable portions!! And I am planning on doing 20 or so lengths of the proper swimming pool before the relaxation commences. Hoping they wont all want to talk too much, I am taking my book! How unsociable! But I want to finish it

Anyway as its our treat day - Friday - I'll be taking kids to McDonalds before swimming and I've worked out what I will have that fits in with my WW points.

I should be doing some flying now as LO is asleep and DD1 playing in her room withthe door shut so I can't even hear her! But I am too tired.
So instead I am going to do some financey bits (scary) on my laptop with a coffee :)
I have cancelled, I woke up feeling so tired today. My plans for the day are to finish off kitchen list, go for an amble down the road because the sun is shining, and have a big nap this afternoon! I've got to prepare the picnic for tomorrow, but at least I don't have to get everything done by 12! Got all day to do it now.
I know exactly what you mean about wishing people would leave! It's nice to be able to go when you've had enough socialising!
I'm really glad you cancelled, you've had a manic week, I think you deserve a day to rest up and recharge, esp if you also have a busy week planned.
I feel terrible saying I wish people would leave, mostly when people come round I have a great time, but in advance of them coming I always dread it. Silly really.

poohbear - hope you have a fabulous fabulous time tomorrow, will be thinking of you, and your DD, ooh a tear in my eye just thinking about it, I love weddings :)

Triker - bummer about work, not knowing the score is the worst; exams - yuck yuck yuck for all concerned, am dreading that stage with mine; and the tax demand, hope you get it sorted, that can be mega stressful ((hugs))
What has happened to the house computer ? DH is a computer freak, he knows everything, and its his line of work, and his hobby is resurrecting old PCs (:confused::confused:) tell me what has happened and perhaps remotely we can help you fix it. My friend's PC died, I went to her house, got DH on the phone and together we managed to get it back up and now its fine. She was ready to shell out for a whole new one.
suffering life's rich tapestry of events
I love that. I will remember that. :)

mof77 - is TD definitely totally kaput ? Mine went a couple of years ago, it was the belt. I bought a new belt for a tenner but then had to wait a year  before my Dad was here to fix it as DH is useless.
Just read your next post - 5 years souinds like nothing. Mine is now 14 years old and seems to be surviving.

hex -love the breadbin :) Did you see my online pedomter link yesterday , great for running, cant remember which post number sorry. Hoping to go out again tomorrow night. Oh! And keep forgetting to tell you the tomato and pepper seddlings are looking fab! Need to report over the weekend :) Thx again xx

Right I must stop waffling and do some banking stuff.
    Have lovely days everyone

Valli - TKM have had them on and off for a few months now but never in the right colour until now. Vintage sounds good too! I have never owned a bread bin before.

JillD - I did see it thanks, DH spent an hour messing with it last night plotting various routes, and I have managed to identify a safe 5k for me which is great. Pleased to hear about the veg. Lots on the go here too, determined to reduce what I spend on veg this year.

Toots - I have now finished all five lists! And very nice it all looks too, until the boys get back in 20 minutes and I let the puppy back in.
