Your phone is a DCT4+ which there are no remote codes and the only way to unlock it is above as I stated.

Have you actually checked that it is in fact LOCKED ?

And it can be easy to miss things if you are reading post after post, however you could have done what I did

At the top you will see "Search this Thread".

All I did was enter 6500 slide and Bob's your Aunty

Several relevant posts of requests and answers for this model all neatly listed.
