Sorry, it's a BB5 phone and can only be unlocked if paid for. Contact a pro unlocker, network provider, or Ebay, someone with plenty of good feedback.

Hello,

I have tried to follow the instructions at the start of this thread but when i go onto the sites to download the calculator for a nokia 6230i IMEI 357066006451462 locked to orange, I am told by Chrome that the software I am about to download is malicious and that I should not download it.

I cannot honestly say that I have gone through all 144 pages of this admirable thread so perhaps this issue has come up already and i have missed the reply.

Can anyone help, please?

I'm able to enter all the code except the last #

IMEI no: 356037036334805

Any suggestions please?

Sorry, it's a DCT4+ can only be unlocked if paid for, as there are no free codes. Contact a pro unlocker, network provider, or Ebay, someone with plenty of good feedback.

Wow! Many thanks for the prompt reply, Baldhead. Within 30 mins is amazing!

I tried the code but it didn't work :-(

The phone first said that the sim card was incompatible and then that i still had to enter a restriction code.

oh, well. it was worth a try. Reckon i'm stuck with my useless 3GS :-( :-(

What sim card did you put in the phone before you entered the code.

You can't put a 3G sim into a 2G phone, try another network apart from orange and then enter the code again.
