Sorry, it's a BB5 phone and can be unlocked only if paid for, as there are no free remote codes. Contact a pro unlocker, network provider, or Ebay with a good feedback record.

i know it is an old phone but, i would still like help in unlocking it please.

imei: 352969005158175
network: Virgin
country: Uk

i believe i need two codes to completely unlock it from the virgin network.

thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, i still need a 2nd code because the phone says it is now not restricted but when i put an orange sim card in it says sim not valid. Any ideas?
