DCT4+ phone I’m afraid, only your network provider/market stall, or a pro unlocker can help here.

Its nearly 4 years since nokia DCT4+ or BB5 phones were released. I wonder why still no one has figured out the unlocking mechanism remotely with the code formed of IMEI and network id:(
