I also have the wife's old phone to unlock as well. Not sure if this 1 is unlockable as it doesn't seem to appear in the lists on the first page on this thread.

I tried the code for the 6310i but it didn't seem to work as I'm getting an error "SIM card registration failed" when I install the non Vodafone sim into the phone.

Also I tried the 5110 with codes and it tells me SIM was not restricted and again when I put the non-vodafone sim in I get "SIM card registration failed"

Any ideas ???

6310i Are you sure it's locked to Vodafone and if so can you make & recieve calls.
5110 if it says not restricted it's unlocked, what network are you trying to use.

BB5 phone I’m afraid, there are no free remote codes, you will have to contact your network provider, or a professional unlocker/market stall. There are remote codes, which you can purchase from the web, on certain networks, but they all cost.
