Free Unlock codes for Nokia Phones 8 (U.K. Networks Only)

i have a nokia 6230 that was a contract phone on T-mobile i want to use it as 'pat as you go'. is it possible to get it changed over??? the phone works fine but when i put in pay as you go sim it just says no network coverage.

It's probably locked to T.Mobile and needs unlocked first. Please give all the details, IMEI.

Hi guys,

Excuse my ignorance but is a Nokia 2600 Classic the same as a Nokia 2600?

My daughter has a 2600 Classic locked to T-Mobile but wants to put a PAYG Vodafone sim in it for holiday phone calls for a week.

Does she need to go to an unlocker? What would T-Mobile charge for a code? (It's on a contract)

It can be unlocked, but not with remote codes, contact a pro unlocker/market stall.

There are two, the 2600 classic can only be unlocked by a pro unlocker/market stall.

How much would it cost to do in a shop?

What about by network?

Is there anyway to do it if the phone is abroad, i mean through the network do they send a list of instructions that can be done on my own?

What is the best way to do it if the phone is abroad?

I know for the simpler nokia phones virgin sent out about a 15 character code, that was quite easy to do. Is it the same for a 5220?
