Almost one year later and I have returned to update this diary.
I enjoy reading about what everyone is getting up to and never update mine. I had been thinking about starting a new one, but I might aswell continue with this one.
I won't bore myself or anyone with what has happened since the last time I was on here, as usual life is up and down.
It will be easier for me to start a fresh from now.
Still have 4 debts left with £18,126.71 outstanding.
I have been reading diaries on the Mortgage free board. They have inspired me to pay a little extra each month. So I have increased my monthly direct debit to £350 from £291 per a month.
The only reason why I have done this is because I am currently only paying interest on my mortgage (1.5%). All the interest on my other debts have been frozen. Thought I would reduce the mortgage a little before the rates go up. May not be the best thing to do but I did it anyway.
I need to get my roof fixed which will cost me £1400 and I need to try and purchase the lease on my house (long story...)
After having a few low days I have decided to get my skates on and work my butt off to get rid of these chains around me. I have had them for too long and I can't stand it anymore.
I am just going to have a little break now... talking too much already....
I will be back with a plan.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Had an expensive weekend.
Managed to work all day on Saturday and also got paid.
I always try to only spend during the week with the wage that I get with my 2nd job. Not sure if this will work this week.
Had to loan a family member £20 on Saturday. She said she will pay me back by Thursday but I am not too sure if this will happen.
Then went late night shopping bought a few things and my mom some flowers. I can't belive that I have 2 other sisters and 1 brother and they couldn't even remember to buy her a card. Instead they ring me at work to buy a mothers day card for them. I'm the one with 2 kids, 2 jobs and a mortgage attached with many bills to pay. They only have to look after themselves...
Then came Sunday. I didn't want to go out for a meal but got persuaded to by my younger sister who arranged it. Guess who ended up paying the whole bill......me... all £131 of it . Trust me I am not happy about it.
Both my brother and sister said they will pay me back next week. Why did they not go out with money in the first place. Who would have paid if I never went? I am not a person that swears but this is a situation which makes me feel that way.
This will not happen to me again....NEVER EVER........
I earned £120 and spent
£20 loan to family member
£39 shopping in Tescos
£20 petrol
£131 mothers day meal
£17 kids school dinners this morning.
Total £227 :eek::eek:
And I am suppose to be saving money:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

The day is just getting better and better.
Needed to pop out durning my lunch break.
Went to Nationwide to deposit some of my loose change. This was my first time and I didn't know that they only take full bags. So could only give the 1ps and 2ps bags. Looked silly only paying in £2. (would have been £5 but they would accept the other bags)
Then gave the lady a £20 note which was my money for the week and said I would pay an extra £10 in. In total including the loose change bags I gave her £22 but I am sure she only gave me £8 back. I noticed something was wrong when she asked the lady next to her to change £10 for her. She asked her for a £5 note and 5x £1 coins. Why not just give me the £10????
Anyway I left the bank all puzzed and for some stupid reason didn't go back. Should have stayed there and questioned it at the time... Never mind... but I am now £2 down.
Then went to buy my sons school jumps. Had a voucher for £20 which had to be used by the 31st March. Jumpers cost £6.99 each so I asked for 3 and said I would pay the extra. He asked for £1 and didn't give me any change back. I know it is only 3p but if I was 3p short would he let me off.. maybe not... If he didn't have the 3p to give me he could have said.
So I have had a total of £2.03 taken off me. Doesn't look much but it is all building up. That could be a loaf of bread and milk....
I will try hard to not thing about it for the rest of the day. I just have to let it go now....but it is really hard...

Thanks Stephy13. I hope tomorrow is better. If it gets any worse I don't think I will last a week.

Today is a brand new day...:j
Was hoping I would get a much better day today after what happened yesterday.
Just got a letter through the post from the bank. The cashier had noticed that she gave me the incorrect change. She has sent me a note apologising and has put the £2 in my account and sent me a mini statement to show the new balance.:T
Thank you Nationwide lady, your apology is accepted and thank you for correcting it for me.
I am very happy now. I feel so crazy being this happy over £2, but it all makes a difference.

Just a quick update to try and keep myself on track
Tuesday was a no spend day for me.
Wednesday spent £2 buying icecreams for the kids after school.
Today I will park on the other side of the school so we don't walk past it.
I have to pay the milk man today and after that will not have much money left until payday on Saturday. Will also have to give £1 each to both sons on Friday for school non - uniform day. They should be going in red but don't have anything and I am not sure I want to buy something just for 1 day.
Need to have a quick clean in the house before going out to work. Didn't get to do anything last night as had a headache all day so went to bed at 7.30pm. Fell much better today so hope to get a few things done.
Also started on my weight loss again. Had lost 2 stones last year and had now put back on 11lbs. Determined to get rid of it now.Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Back in from work. Was a slow day today even though I was in and out of the office.
Didn't need to pick the kids up from school. Their nan called and said she would collect them and spend some time with them before dropping them home later.:) so....peace and quite......
Had to pop out for my boss and ending up going to Makro for just one thing. Didn't want it to be a wasted journey so I spent £11.26. Had to use my debit card as had hardly any cash left in my purse.
Been a hard week for moneysaving, normally have a least £10 left at the end of the week but had to pay the milkman £8.16 this morning.
Right off to do some cleaning before ds1 and ds2 get back. Hoping to find some loose change around the house.............Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)

Managed to find a £20 note and about 50p in change:j. Whilst cleaning up yesterday
Glad I took the time to do some de-cluttering felt a lot better afterwards.
Today have spent £2 to ds1 and ds2 school non-uniform day.
60p in car parking.
Finally mananage do take my council tax benefit form in to see if I can get any discount for the next council tax bill. Had to wait for well over an hour for them to just photocopy my id. I hope it will be worth it. Even £20 off is better than nothing.
Received my £1 voucher from mycitydeal for Cineworld. Looking forward to using it during the holidays.
Can't get to pay anything off yet as still waiting to hear from the solicitor to hear about buying the lease on my house. Just need to know how much it will cost. I will call him on Tuesday if I still haven't heard anything by then.
Right going to read some diaries and see how everyone else is doing.:)Smile loan - £2821.98 / £0:)
