the equinti people tried to fob me off to prosearch 'who are dealing with share claims now', I explained prosearch might be dealing with claims but do so for a significant fee, and I would like to deal with them directly.

Anyway sent letter off explaining i had move address asked for file to be updated and then for cheque to be remitted

see what happens now

Sent the letter on 20th April, e mailed on 20th May and today sent 2nd snotty e mail. Pro search are just a subsidiary company of Equiniti the registrars so it is in their interest to sit on all correspondence until the pro search dedicated service is over which was on the 29th May. Am hoping for my money soon and have explained to them I'm not happy and want payment within 14 days.

Let me know if you here anything.

Hi glad you got your payment. Have been away and am looking at old posts so a bit behind. My letter went to Equiniti at BN99 6DA so fingers crossed I'll get my money soon!!

Received cheque a couple of weeks ago, enjoying spending what would have been prosearch commission.
