Welcome cashless wonder, good to have you on board. Good luck with your dfw journey and well done on what you have achieved today.
Pamper party went really well and we had more people wanting treatments than first thought and made over £100 each, so am very pleased with that for 5 hours work.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

Good Morning All
It's a lovely sunny morning
Got in from my voluntary nightshift but not too tired yet so thought I'd catch up with the boards and a bit of Formula 1.
I was so tired after our trip to ikea yesterday that I went off for a nap only to awken 5 hours later just in time to leave for my shift so had to buy some dinner while out!
Here's my list for today:- washing hokey cokey
- [STRIKE]put away yesterday's ironing[/STRIKE]
- need to do some shopping today - last batch before the next grocery challenge I THINK I MAY GET AWAY WITH IT WITH A LITTLE BIT OF CLEVER MEAL PLANNING - WILL NEED TO GET MILK AND SPREAD ON TUESDAY.
- ironing
- check on cousins house and drop off some bread and milk in time for their arrival
- 30 min walk
- 2 hours revision
- [STRIKE]Room check on lodger's room - he's leaving in two weeks and I want to check it before we have the final check out.[/STRIKE]

I spent yesterday - jeans and trainers and came home £47 lighter! Still, it's my first big clothing purchases in about 6 months so I think I'm allowed...........................erm;
Checked my shareplan this morning and apparently I have £850 worth of shares in there now (last time I checked it was about £300 worth) - I pay £25 a month into it and my employers match it with £25 so that was a nice suprise;
Will be cleaning the car and doing some cheap exercise by going for a long walk to break in the new jeans and trainers!
Also in the middle of the remortgaging process too. The plan is to take out some additional borrowing for a new car as my own car is about to die. I can then use my staff bonus to get rid of all my remaining credit card debts. The rate I'm getting on my new mortgage is 0.4% less than I get with my ISA, so over the 2 years fixed period, I've set up a standing order into my ISA for the amount it would take for me to repay the car in that time. When it comes to changing the mortgage in a few years time, I'll put the car costs down as a deposit into the new mortgage figure. And my mortgage being on the new rate with the additional borrowing is £160 a month less than I'm paying at the moment - I'm really using it as a way of getting cheap borrowing. It gives me enough for the car, coupled with my bonus I can get rid of my debts, plus I can save that figure into a higher interest account over the next 2 years so that when I change mortgage again, I'm no worse off - plus there's enough in my budget to make the permitted 10% monthly overpayments to the mortgage!
Did everyone keep up?!Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0 -
:eek::eek::eek: - at Andan's list 11 I feel worn out just reading it...wouldn't know where to start;) Good luck with it all!
I meant to get up earlier so I'd be nice and tired tonight, ready to get up early for work tomorrow, but slept til 9...ooops:D
I'm feeling really weary, prob as I've kept really busy in the last few days, so maybe I'll try and slow down a bit today - could feel my ache coming again in the night, so don't want it to flare up.
House is pretty tidy after yesterday, so I'm quite up together here;)
Here's today's list then....- Scratchcards...10p TAB and 50p, 10p L/w (double scratchies)

- Clean bathroom
- Tidy/dust/hoover girls room and my room
