    12 days into my DRO - all quiet on the western front :D
    I didn't get my pension back from HSBC. It was paid in by mistake from my works pension fund. The rules are different from BR - the bank is allowed to offset it, even though it was after my DRO was granted.
    I have had acknowledgement from HSBC about the DRO, so thats ok. Not heard from anyone else yet - 18 days to go.:eek:

    Same here in as much as I have only heard from one creditor.
    The onslaught of demanding letters have continued though, so definately not so quiet on Elfieb's front!!!

    Will be so glad when these 30 days are up (if I even make it that far!!!!)
