    I called today and was told that he had tried to deliver this morning, said on website it was dispatched on Tue ( did ask girl how far away the store was that it took him 3 days to get here!!!) Was told he had tried to call and let me know but phone never rang, told her this and was told that she could only take his word for it,Asked why she couldnt take mine that he DIDNT phone but she wasnt havent any of it.
    Wouldnt mind but it was the bargain Beer at £1.23 and have been charged £1.23 so if re-arrange delivery do think I will get bargain as she said ahe would do refund. Will wait and see.

    Good luck with getting that sorted Freddie. Hope you get your bargain! ;)

    I finally got my beer at 2030 this evening. What a kerfuffle!
  • The tesco van delivering my shopping broke down two nights in a row! It was for a 9-11 pm delivery, so we had three nights staying up for them to deliver and were knackered by the third night when they appeared at nearly midnight!!

    Never shopped on-line with them again!!

    That sounds excessive. Whilst I realise these things can happen, 3 nights in a row sounds terrible - are they so penny pinching they can't maintain their delivery vehicles? :mad:
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:
    I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.

    You really think it actually even broke down once!!!!! More probable that they did not have any drivers and that they were using the vehicle breakdown as an excuse - Have seen it used many times in the past by all sorts of companies.
