Morrisons Customer Care - no email!

I bought some really quite expensive lamb burgers from Morrisons last night, was looking forward to monstering them, cooked them, whacked them on a plate, started eating... and... well, they were a little "underwhelming" to say the very least!!! Actually, they were horrible - they had some rank so-called taztsiki blob on top of them which just murdered the flavour of the meat...
Having paid over 3 quid for the damn things (it was pay day, I treated myself!) I decided to email Morrisons today to register my displeasure at having paid what I think is quite a lot of dosh for two burgers that tasted worse than what you get at the fairground!
However... I can't... and why? There's no email address on the website! Just snail mail and a phone number... is this, by any chance, a not-so-clever ploy to stop people sending an email - for free, nice and easy - when they want to complain? So I've either got to phone (office hours I bet - when I'm in, er, the office) or write a letter? Are we expected to believe Morrisons don't have an email system?
Very poor...

How can you complain because you don't like the taste? That's not Morrison's fault!!0

no, I can't find an email address for them either, looked in media, job vacancies etc... But they send me a weekly email. And it's an 0845 number
I'd write and send the packaging back, you know phone messages aren't worth the paper they're written on.0 -
I think they've a right to complain. If something is sold and marketed as good quality, then that's what they should be. Someone on 1 of the threads took the M&S xmas meal deal cheesecake back, as its taste didn't meet expectations and got a refund. Frustrating about the lack of email address to. Maybe you could call in at Customer services in the store. Good luckGrocery challenge june £300/ £211-50.

Most supermarkets have the blurb on the back of the pack saying if you're not 100% satisfied they will refund or replace the product.
I phoned sainsbury's once about a pepperoni pizza which said it was medium but was too spicy for us, they happily refunded me
OP, I find this with quite a lot of companies these days, that it's hard to find e-mail contactsAddicted to MSE, I can't resist a bargain0 -

It's well known Morrisons have no customer e-mail address, which is a bit poor.
As Cornishpixie suggests, maybe pop into your local store and speak to them?0 -
Did the packaging eg the front mention about the taztsiki in the burgers0
-
maybe a bit extreme for this case, but then they ought to get a customer service email address. marc.bolland@morrisonsplc.co.uk

Its because they don't have email up north yet - Only joking. Morrisons is a very backwards and old fashioned shop though. Although apparently they are looking to move into online ordering soon.0
