my understanding is that data is capped at £1 a day anyway.
Fancy trying web'n'walk, but don't want to be committed to a monthly contract? Then choose a web'n'walk phone and you can browse the web as much as you want and you'll never pay more than £1 for each day you use it.0 -
thats what ive got unlimited web n walk i think? think its called web n walk - i know i have unlimited internet or meant to
you mean so no matter what i shouldnt be paying more than a pound a day?0 -
yeah you either pay £7.50 a month if you subscribed or if you did nothing, £1 max a day. Have you spoken to them about it yet?
Edit:
It appears you've been exactly charged the £7.34 per MB. The £1 max applies only to some price plans.
I would say you tried adding the £7.50 WnW subscription because you knew of these high charges and it appears it hasn't been added. Mention nothing like this has happened to you before and you are quite upset with the costs. You may find they will let you off minus the £7.50.
My gut feeling that they will be more tolerant of something like this, compared to losing your phone abroad and driving up some high roaming charges.0 -

No ive not spoken to them yet im going down after work to the shop i bought it from.
when i bought it i knew about the £7.50 charge for unlimited internet as i asked for it to be added on to my package, and the person who sold me the phone said OK we can give you the first 3 months internet free and then you will pay the added £7.50 a month so i said OK, it looks like the free internet deal has ran out and they have just stopped the internet deal.
they can't make me pay can they?
sorry for keep going on im just really! annoyed at this0 -

If only that were true.
TMobile took £115 from my account this month for broadband usage.

have you spoke to CS yet? I'm sure once they check your account they will get it adjusted. Although the £7.34 per mb sounds like it was connected to a foreign network. you'll have to call for them to check it. The store will only phone cust services anyway.
