Tmobile have charged me for Mobile data HELP!

Hi,

I have just got my bill trough the door and its 190 pounds for the month i dont normaly look at the bill because its normaly the same 30 odd pound a month on flext 35 in my package i have unlimted internet usage and its saying im being charged 150 pound for using the internet, when i have it in my package

I dont know what to do becuase i dont want to pay that high bill when i shouldnt have to, and at the minute Tmobile accounts are down and i have to ring back tommorow im furious

I'm sure theyll have your bill recalculated when the systems are up and running

The thing is when i bought the phone, I said i wanted unlimited internet and they said i get free 3 months worth, then i just pay the 7.50 charge each month - it looks as if they have just took the internet package off

im quite scared that they will make me try and pay, and its not my fault!

Do you think they will make me pay, as i shouldnt be at fault! they told me my internet deal would carry on after the free offer

What exactly was the deal - 3 months free then 7.50 a month.
But what does £7.50 buy you - how much data allowance per month?

well when i got the phone i asked for the unlimited internet usage deal (fair usage about 3gb) and they said we can give you 3 months free and then you will pay 7.50 a month automatically

but ive been charged about 150 pounds for 21mb usage

No, I use the internet everyday on my phone for email and a little bit of browsing but not more that 3gb a month nothing near a 1gb even

ok, well good luck with CS... have you tried logging into your My-Tmobile account online to see your bill?

yeh it says the same there same amount, and the data what ive used, im guessing they didnt carry my internet package on, which means there in the wrong, right?
