4 jars should last you for months. The thing with preserves is that they don't go off
Just keep it somewhere dark, cool and dry. I've got 15 jars in my garage which I made last month. My OH is the only one who eats it. It will last until next Jan.

Serve a spoonful with parsnip chips (either oven roast or deep fried) - honestly, it's really good!0

You know what might sound disgusting but is so nice... bacon roll/sandwich with a spreading of marmalade! YUM. My mum introduced me to the idea and it is really nice.0

Add some to apple tart filling (to taste, it depends on how bitter the marmalade is) to balance out the sweetness.Context is all.

Hi crazychick,
We have an older thread with more ideas so I've merged your thread with it to keep all the suggestions together. This sounds good too: chocolate and marmalade cake

I have four jars of marmalade that I am sick of looking at everytime I open my cupboards.
Its homemade by my partners grandfather and v nice but we dont really eat it as rarely do toast, breakfast etc.
I really dont want to throw it away.
Does anyone have any ideas about how I can use it up?
Thank you.0
