We need to be making it very clear to Pigback. There are other choices of cash back sites and if people arent paid the points we are owed then the likes of Trading Standards should be involved, as well as people like Martin Lewis recommending that people don't use Pigsback...

If you feel that a site is a fraud that Mr Martin recomends tell him, send him a PM,
I've sent him a few PMs he does try to answer them, ;)
or PM one of the MSE Towers team:A,
To be fair to Martin and the Team its understandable that they don't look at long running threads, that have not (often) caused problems:rolleyes:

If I remember correctly, the vouchers which have supposedly been "lost" in the post, all seem to be from the same time. So maybe the people who haven't received their vouchers could email Pigsback saying that they have read on an internet forum that a lot of vouchers seem to have gone missing about that time. Don't give up with Pigsback, keep pestering and annoying them, till you get some action.

Seems rather weird that vouchers have all got "lost in the post" at the same time. More than likely, there's been a slip up when they were supposed to have been sent out.

Good luck to everyone who's chasing up vouchers, but don't give up.

I haven't been on this thread for while.. but oh dear PB seems to be even worse than ever. I decided a long time ago to stop using the site.. but there was no way I was going to loose my points so I've stuck with them and now need only 12 points to claim a JL voucher before I can delete my account. Any tips on how I can get a quick 12 points? I don't want to sign up for any brochures or dodgy deals!

Also, I haven't read this whole thread but whats this about an admin charge?

    thanks

1150 points to claim a voucher
some people view it as 1000 for the £10 voucher and 150 (£1.50) for admin/postage.

Have you registered for the Dooley's newsletter for 35pp. Points were credited within a day or two.

From memory, when porky put the 150pp on a £10 voucher it was for postage and admin costs:confused:

Tell them again that isnt good enough and you will be making it clear to everyone on MSE about their service if they don't compensate you. If they don't trust the Royal Mail then they should have sent it by an insured means...

my nephew has done all that .. ive even put a post on the piggys own forums about it but nothing is moving them on this one.. i can understand them not covering the costs of lost vouchers but the only person missing out is my nephew not royal mail and not pigsback..

Same here - i'm losing out on £23 worth of points because pigsback couldn't be bothered to use some of the £3 they charged me to send it signed for - at least then i could have claimed from the post office IF pigsback sent it. Instead they chose to pocket the extra profit and not bother - then to add insult to injury they expect me to be understanding or even grateful because they've given me £1 worth of points towards my next rewardas a goodwill gesture because THEY lost my vouchers!(in my opinion even IF the royal mail "lost" them it was preventable and considering Pigsback were obviously aware of the issue, took in my case £3 in admin charges, were wholy negligent in then continuing to send them unrecorded at least was wholy negligent
