Regrettably, PB has a history of this kind of behaviour. Fortunately, for those stolid souls who protest, they tend to accede to requests. Stick with it. If anyone has a screenshot of the original offer, perhaps they could post it here. I didn't sign up to it myself so can't help.

I did my order on 23rd April and haven't got any points yet.

good for you - i'm still waiting for the 2300 they've lost for me - still claiming i have to accept they can't prove they sent them and its a coicidence that just boots vouchers from pigsback are being stolen across the country.
Still you got your 800 points so maybe the fat pig does have a shred of respectability - wonder if he's on a roll and feeling like making it upto the other members he's ripped off!
