    Still no Boots vouchers.

wouldn't worry about it - even after you've earned the points, paid the 150 points admin fee, there's no guarantee you'll get them - pigsback claim they send them out (in a second class unrecorded envelope ) then when they don't turn up send you this email
    "Hi there,

Thanks for your email. The only conclusion we can reach is that your order must have gotten lost in the post. Pigsback now operate a 'no-resend' policy and although we do not hold a proof of posting for your exact order (only for Recorded Mail), I can assure you your order was dispatched as order dispatchments are logged and checked daily by our staff here and our stock numbers reflect on the numbers we have against the rewards ordered on our website.

As a goodwill gesture, I will credit your account with 100 PiggyPoints to kick start your piggybank balance again. I hope you understand that Pigsback can no longer swallow the costs of Royal Mails mistakes as it is of such high value and Pigsback would not like to have to increase the cost of Rewards to their members to subsidise this either. Thank you for your understanding."
i'm not understanding - pigsback took £23 worth of points for £20 boots vouchers and £3admin / p&p, failed to send it in a safe manner , and offer me a derogatory £1 back as a goodwill gesture - why would i want to start saving with a site who have already cost me £20 vouchers and stolen £2 off me for pretty much non existant admin (and that is assuming i believe they actually sent them)

if you're happy with that sort of contempt - good on you - if not i'd earn on a more reliable and member friendly site!
    or maybe i'm missing something?

I'm still waiting for £30 worth of Marks & Spencer vouchers which I ordered on 5th May........ :undecided

I think it's ridiculous that vouchers aren't sent via recorded delivery, especially since they now charge an admin fee of £1.50 per voucher.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

You should ring them and/or email them and tell them that isnt on... You deserve better treatment than that...
