You should ring them and/or email them and tell them that isnt on... You deserve better treatment than that...

been there done that got 100 points and still nothing.. oh they did promise my young nephew the next voucher he asks for ( if any ever in stock) they would send recorded delivery..
Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
    Are thinking of you today.

Tell them again that isnt good enough and you will be making it clear to everyone on MSE about their service if they don't compensate you. If they don't trust the Royal Mail then they should have sent it by an insured means...

At best they are a shambles at worst they are a scam.
I wonder if trading standards would look into this for those people who have been fobbed off.
Not supplying goods that have been paid for is a sure way of killing faith in a company.
Currently on 666 points  so it will be a long time before I make another claim, if they are around long enough.

    Hi ALL,
I am trying to work out how fate, fortune and feeling/sense works.

I so so want to go with selections that I feel will happen but my head always changes my feelings. I have talked here about a "Lucky Punt" it was a horse today that brought reflection. I ignored and it WON...has this happened sort of thing happened to you?
If so please feel post on my blog on Racecaller or would it be more prudent in the Forum there?
    The years starts today ....

Maybe its worth getting vouchers like the amazon ones which are sent digitally and so cant get lost in the post, plus theres only a 50 point charge for them rather than 150!!
Thats whats I'll be doing next time

With what Heli and Jockett have said about the the lack of protetion for sending vouchers, and the amazing ability of piggy to blame the loss:rolleyes: of vouchers on Royal Mail, evan though we are charged 150 pp or £1.50 for P&P, last time i sent a lettter recorded delivery it was 92p:confused:
Might be different price from Ireland:confused:

Anyone want to do a good complaint email, I'll send it:j
all i'll lose is 382 pp at the rate points, at the rate we can get piggy points about 18 months away from a voucher:mad:
Pigsback has gone beyond a joke,
Is there a trading standards tye thing over there:confused:

We need to be making it very clear to Pigback. There are other choices of cash back sites and if people arent paid the points we are owed then the likes of Trading Standards should be involved, as well as people like Martin Lewis recommending that people don't use Pigsback...
