Hi

currently i rent privatley because i cant muster together a deposit for a mortgage surely my darling (or someone of equal wisdom) could offer some help in this instance
to buy a house in my area i would need a deposit of approx £20,000 could the government not in some form offer this as a low interest loan to individuals to get the housing market moving
i am aware of homebuy etc but this only seems to apply to houses in certain areas and certainly there are none in my area
