    Which sources? Which companies?

This thread is about one company, and it has no such policy.

No wonder the company you are talking to isn't impressed by what you will say to the judge. What judge? What type of case? Will they listen to generalised gossip and hearsay?

I have an O2 contract taken out recently with Mobileshop, and I took that decision based on the excellent feedback here on the company.

It would cost the company too much to defend the case. It is such a hassle to prepare a defense for a claim of just £300 (or less).

That may be so, but this person can't even tell us basic facts, like which company he is talking about; it doesn't appear to be Mobileshop.

Quite correct its not mobileshop, If you look at my thread it explains my case clearly, if there is any point that you don't understand please ask.

My only query was has anyone gone to Court measures to get a company to honour their schemes.

    thanks

Your original post does not explain your case clearly. It is garbled to the endth degree.

Remember, that you know all about what has gone on in your own case, we don't know the detail, and unless you set the facts out clearly and orderly, we cannot understand what you're talking about, nor can we advise.

If it's not about Mobileshop, I don't understand why you posted an ambiguous generic whinge about 3rd hand reports of other companies behaviour on a thread where it was specifically named.

If you go to court, then remarks about what other people have told you about companies not joined to your case are totally irrelevant.
